3 Tier Leadership Development program

STEP 1:

Speakers Training

This program is open to all new reps, and Melanie does these on a monthly basis in both the Okanogan and Vancouver, it is a full day of leadership development as well as teaches you the basic skills on how to communicate your business effectively. It also gives you the confidence to go out and pursue your dreams and teaches you how to develop the people on your team!!! Contact your upline on how you can take part of the next speakers training and do not miss your chance to become the best you that you can be!!!!

STEP 2:

Advanced RSM Training

This program can only be taken by qualifying RSMS who have already gone through speakers training and also has 20 customer points in place, Greg will give you all the advanced tools and techniques and mindset that you will need to lead a team and create doubling RSMS in your business, this will take place once per month in the Vancouver area for now and will also be done on a webinar so all regionals in outlying areas can learn how to create momentum!!!! Get ahold of your upline so you don’t miss your chance to get equipped!

STEP 3:

Leadership Summit

Greg and Melanie will be doing this every quarter, and in order to qualify for this program you will need to have obviously gone through steps 1&2 and you will have to have doubled in your RSM code during the quarter, ESMS and NSMS can qualify for this as well as long as they double in their fullcode business. This will be  a 2 day event filled with both recognition, teambuilding and a funfilled atmosphere!! Last leadership summit we rented a limo downtown Vancouver, went out for a an amazing dinner and drinks, and the top producer was awarded a family vacation! The next day was intense training to develop yourselves and your team to expand all across North America!!!!
